“We stayed here on a family vacation to visit Palm beach and Fort Lauderdale.
There is plenty of parking and it isn't far to reception.
The staff were very friendly and gave us ideals of places to go. The lovely man on reception had lived near our home in the UK which was a funny coincidence.
The reception was small and a bit dark but coffee was available to take away. The rest of the hotel is really bright and the decoration is in the tropical theme. We really liked the decor in the rooms too. The room was large and had plenty of room to rest in and spread our stuff about. The branded shampoo etc was a nice touch.
The pool was a bit smaller than I thought it would be but it was nice and warm and my 3 year old loved it.
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise too. The waffle machine was the best way to start the day, I had one every morning and loved making it! There were lots of other options and the lady looking after it was more than helpful.
We will definitely stay here again“

“Visiting West Palm? Stay no where else except this hotel. Walking distance to restaurants, parks, beaches... The staff is second to none! I highly recommend speaking to Ruth when making your reservation, she make sure all is taken care of for you. This staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.“

“I stay at this hotel every week for business. Because of the services I receive from all of the personnel, I feel like this is my home away from home. Not only am I treated like a valued guest but everyone there is knowledgeable, helpful beyond the call of duty and extremely pleasant. Debbie at the front desk sees to it that I am well cared for when I am there and works with me and my office to accommodate my ever changing schedule to assure that I will have a room when I need it.“
